The terms governing your use of the Triage website and platform.
Last updated: 23 May 2026
By accessing or using the Triage website (addtriage.com) and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Deployed Ltd ("Deployed", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Triage is a decision intelligence platform for workforce management. The Service includes our website, platform, partner portals, documentation, and any associated tools or features. Access to certain features may require registration or an active subscription.
The Service is intended for use by business professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to:
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and design elements of the Service are owned by Deployed Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Triage name, logo, and the ⨁ mark are trademarks of Deployed Ltd.
If you submit content through the Service (such as demo requests, form submissions, or communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms and policies.
Certain areas of the Service are operated as partner portals for specific organisations. Access to partner portals may be subject to additional terms provided by the relevant partner. Content within partner portals is confidential and intended solely for authorised users.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Decision intelligence outputs are intended to assist human decision-making and should not be treated as deterministic guarantees of any specific workforce outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deployed Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deployed Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
